A drinking tray in 304 stainless steel, not plastic — it won't scratch, stain or hold on to smells, and it lifts straight off for washing. Water rises in a gentle spring at the centre of the tray rather than pouring from a spout, which is what gets hesitant cats interested, and it circulates through a four-layer cartridge that strains out debris and keeps the water genuinely clean. At around 30 dB it sits closer to rustling leaves than to conversation, so it can live in a bedroom. A transparent window down the side shows the level at a glance, lit from behind by a colour-changing LED you can set to red, green, blue, purple, orange or a slow cycle — useful at night, and quietly lovely in a dark room.
